Who Do We Use?

We use Courier Post for home delivery (residential addresses).
We also use Big Chill Distribution for deliveries to business addresses.
Big Chill also offers collections from their depots. 

• Courier post orders are dispatched in polystyrene boxes.
• Big Chill orders are dispatched in a cardboard box.

Because we are export certified by MPI we do not use second hand polystyrene boxes as we are not allowed to under the current MPI rules (cross contamination is not ideal, so we use new boxes). Mitre10 and ITM both offer the service of taking these bins and recycling them. Please contact your local branch to ask if they are part of this scheme.

When Will Your Item be Delivered?

We dispatch orders on Thursday's depending on stock levels - your order will always be received by Friday.
